Refund & Return Policy

1. Introduction Thank you for shopping at Manna Project PH. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Returns

• You have 30 days from the date of your order to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging cannot be returned.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, you can choose to receive a refund as store credit or a cash refund to your original method of payment.
• We will initiate the refund immediately upon approval, but the processing time can vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping

• We will cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Please contact us at marketing@mannainsight.com to initiate the return process and receive a shipping label.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, please send us a video of the unboxing within 48 hours of receiving the product to marketing@mannainsight.com.
• Upon verification, you will be eligible for a complete refund, and you may keep the product.

6. Exchanges

• We do not offer exchanges at this time.
